PHASE TWO
The second phase of the Adolescent Breast Health Initiative for Nova Scotia now called Nova Scotia Adolescent Breast Health Resoure and Partnership Building, will run from March 2010 to December 2012. Funding is provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
Building on the Adolescent Breast Health Initiative for Nova Scotia, Phase Two will involve refining the livepink presentation, creating a 15 minute DVD (in collaboration with CancerCare Manitoba & The Pink Tulip Foundation), creating manuals, a YouTube presence, a web mashup, collateral, and holding lunch and learn sessions in 8 health districts (South West Health District, Annapolis Valley Health District, Cumberland Health District, Colchester East Hants Health District, Pictou County Health District, GASHA, Cape Breton Health District, and Capital Health District).
Our thanks to the group of student volunteers at Dartmouth High School who helped with a branding focus group in November 2010. And special thanks to Nova Scotia Power for providing livepink t-shirts for every participant at the upcoming Bust-A-Move fundraising event.
Creative design and marketing for Phase Two is being conducted by Apeeling Orange Design Communications
